(1) Between thirty (30) and forty-five (45) Days prior to a general or special election, the Independent Third-party Firm must mail a ballot and a numbered, self-addressed, postage paid, security envelope to each Tribal Member qualified to vote.

(2) In the event that an Eligible Voter does not receive a ballot at the address provided to the Tribe, the Eligible Voter may notify the Election Board, and a new ballot will be mailed by the Independent Third-party Firm to the Eligible Voter.

(3) Ballots returned to the Independent Third-party Firm as undeliverable, if properly mailed to the last address provided to the Tribe by an Eligible Voter, must be filed in the Tribal office and no further action will be required on the part of the Election Board. [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
