“Tribal Member” means an enrolled member of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe. This term does not include “honorary” members of the Tribe or those whose membership has been revoked for cause in accordance with Cowlitz Constitution Article II, Section 3 [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
