Days” means calendar days unless “business days” is specified

(1) The number of “calendar days” is computed by

(A) excluding the day of the event that triggers the period; and

(B) counting every day, including intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and Tribal holidays; and

(C) including the last day of the period, but if the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal or Tribal holiday, the period continues to run until 5:00 p.m. on the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal or Tribal holiday.

(2) The number of “business days” is computed by

(A) excluding the day of the event that triggers the period; and

(B) counting every day, excluding intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and legal or Tribal holidays; and

(C) including the last day of the period, but if the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, or Tribal holiday, the period continues to run until 5:00 p.m. on the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or Tribal holiday. [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
