20.07.040 Independent Third-Party Firm.

The Election Board or the Tribal Administrative staff must engage an Independent Third-party Firm, in accordance with the Tribe’s procurement laws, to perform the following tasks for General Elections and Special Elections governed by this Code and overseen by the Election Board:
(1) Design and print ballots;
(2) Distribute ballots to Eligible Voters via U.S. First Class Mail; and
(3) Tabulate ballots to determine results. [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
