All voters in General elections may vote by mail or in-person at the site on Election Day. Only one vote may be counted for each eligible voter, and in the event that an eligible voter has voted both by mail and in person, then the mail vote shall be invalidated. Any eligible voter who attends the General Council session in-person may query if their vote has been received by mail and a check shall be performed when the eligible voter arrives at the General Council session to see if his or her mail ballot has already been received [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
