26.22.170 Date of birth.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Date of Birth. The Cowlitz Tribal Department of Public Safety shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offender’s date of birth:
(a) The sex offender’s actual date of birth; and
(b) Any other date of birth used by the sex offender.
