(1) The CDPS shall submit DNA samples for all registered sex offenders to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) database. CDPS shall not be required to submit DNA to the FBI if the offender’s DNA sample is already in the database.

(2) Codis. Any DNA sample obtained from the sex offender shall be submitted either to the State DNA laboratory, the Washington State Patrol, for submission into CODIS.
