Any individual, to include a juvenile prosecuted as an adult, who resides within the exterior boundaries of the Cowlitz Indian Reservation or otherwise resides on property owned by the Cowlitz Tribes in fee or trust regardless of location, is employed within the exterior boundaries of the Cowlitz Indian Reservation or on property owned by the Cowlitz Tribes in fee or trust regardless of location, or who attends school within the exterior boundaries of the Cowlitz Indian Reservation or on property owned by the Cowlitz Tribes in fee or trust regardless of location, that has been convicted of any of the offenses in CTC 26.22.060 or is convicted of an attempt or conspiracy to commit any of the following offenses outlined in CTC 26.22.060, shall be considered a Tier 3 sex offender, and shall register and comply with all requirements as specified in this chapter.
