26.22.160 Criminal history.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Criminal History. The Cowlitz Department of Public Safety shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offender’s criminal history:
(a) The date of all arrests;
(b) The date of all convictions;
(c) The sex offender’s status of parole, probation, or supervised release;
(d) The sex offender’s registration status; and
(e) Any outstanding arrest warrants.
