(1) Duties. A sex offender covered by this chapter who is required to register with the Cowlitz Tribes pursuant to Article V of this chapter shall provide all of the information detailed in this chapter to the Cowlitz Department of Public Safety (CDPS), and the Cowlitz Department of Public Safety shall obtain all of the information detailed in this chapter from covered sex offenders who are required to register with the Cowlitz Tribes in accordance with this chapter and shall implement any relevant policies and procedures.

(2) Digitization. All information obtained under this chapter shall be, at a minimum, maintained by the Cowlitz Department of Public Safety in a digitized format.

(3) Electronic Database. A sex offender registry shall be maintained in an electronic database by the Cowlitz Tribes Department of Public Safety and shall be in a form capable of electronic transmission.
