(1) Five (5) members of the Election Board constitute a quorum for the transaction of any Board business. Notice of all Election Board meetings shall be sent to all Election Board members at their official email addresses on file.

(2) The initially appointed Election Board must hold a meeting within fifteen (15) Days after its members are appointed.

(3) The Election Board is responsible for electing its own officers. Officers are Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary. The term of office is one year.

(4) No Election Board member shall participate in any Board decision involving a Candidate who is an Immediate Family Member and will recuse themselves. [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
