(1) Any member of the Election Board may be removed from the Board by vote of the Tribal Council.

(2) If a member of the Election Board resigns, dies, or is removed, the Tribal Council will appoint a new member to serve the remainder of the vacated term.

(3) If a member of the Election Board declares their intention to run for any elected office pursuant to Section 20.06.020, then that member shall immediately resign their position on the Election Board and notify Tribal Council. [Res. 23-07, 2023; Res. 22-148, 2022.]
