Ordinances 18-02, 18-10 and 18-11 were all adopted by Tribal Council Resolutions on April 7, 2018. The three Ordinances were edited and combined into a Code and substantial re-writing of the Court Records, Recording Tribal Court Proceedings, and Decisions chapters (31.06, 31.07, and 31.08) were undertaken and approved by Resolution 24-44 and approval was given for publication on March 2, 2024. At that time, approval was also given to update the Rules of Evidence to include the Washington State Rules of Evidence as they existed on January 1, 2024. [Res. 24-44, 2024.]
