26.22.250 Physical descriptions.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Physical Description. The Cowlitz Department of Public Safety shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, an accurate description of the sex offender as follows:
(a) A physical description;
(b) A general description of the sex offender’s physical appearance or characteristics; and
(c) Any identifying marks, such as, but not limited to, scars, moles, birthmarks, or tattoos to include photographs of tattoos.
