26.22.240 Picture.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Photograph. The Cowlitz Department of Public Safety shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, a current photograph of the sex offender.
(2) Update Requirements. Unless the appearance of a sex offender has not changed significantly, a digitized photograph shall be collected.
(3) Tattoos. The Cowlitz Department of Public Safety may post on its registration website photographs of tattoos.
