17.01.070 Violations.

If an Employee suffers a direct and actual loss of wages and/or benefits due to a violation of this Code by Employer, the Employee may utilize the complaint resolution processes provided for in the Cowlitz Employee Handbook.
(2) The complaint resolution process in the Employee Handbook is the sole method of enforcement for this Code. There is no waiver of sovereign immunity. Claims cannot be brought against Employer or the Tribe in any other forum for violations of this Code. [Res. 22-120, 2022.]
