06.06.090 Fees.
This section is included in your selections.
The Economic Development and Operations Director shall charge fees once approved by resolution of the Tribal Council for:
(1) Filing an application for incorporation and proposed articles of incorporation.
(2) Filing an application for an amendment to the articles of incorporation.
(3) Filing a statement of change of name or address of registered agent.
(4) Filing any other statement or report of a corporation.
(5) For furnishing a certified copy of any document, instrument report or other paper relating to a corporation.
(6) For furnishing a certificate as to the status of a corporation or as to the existence or nonexistence of facts relating to corporations.
