06.06.100 Filing of Articles of Incorporation.
Duplicate originals and two copies marked as copies of the articles of incorporation shall be delivered to the Economic Development and Operations Director. If the Economic Development and Operations Director find that the articles of incorporation con-form to this Chapter, and has been approved by the Tribal Council, the Economic Development and Operations Director shall:
(1) Endorse on each of such originals and two copies the word “Filed” and the effective date of the filing thereof.
(2) File one original with the Tribal Secretary with a resolution of Tribal Council acceptance of the incorporation, file one copy with the Economic Development and Operations Committee, and file one copy with the Economic Development and Operations Department.
(3) Issue a copy of the resolution of Tribal Council acceptance of the incorporation to which the other original articles of incorporation shall be affixed. The resolution of Tribal acceptance of the incorporation together with the other original of the articles of incorporation affixed thereto shall be returned to the incorporators or their representative.
