(1) The name of any for-profit corporation shall contain one of either the words, “Corporation,” “Incorporated” or “Limited Liability,” or shall contain an abbreviation of one of such words.

(3) No corporation(s) formed shall use any corporate name which is the same as any other corporation formed pursuant to the sovereign powers of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe.
