The Tribal Council must authorize any amendment to the adopted Evidence Rules. This means that if the Federal Rules of Evidence are amended after the passage of this Resolution, such amendments are not automatically adopted by the Tribe as the Evidence Rules. [Res. 24-44, 2024.]
