27.06.020 Persons or Property Subject to Search or Seizure.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) A warrant may be issued under this rule to search for and seize any:
(A) Evidence of a crime;
(B) Contraband, material objects acquired in consequence of commission of a criminal offense, or other items illegally possessed.
(C) Property designed for use, intended for use, or used in committing a crime; or
(D) a person whose arrest is authorized by law.
