After a verdict of guilty has been rendered against the defendant, the defendant may make a motion for a new trial. The motion must specifically allege the errors made by the Court during the trial, which form the basis for the motion. The defendant shall file the motion within 20 days after the initial verdict was rendered. The motion will be granted or denied.
