(1) A party may appeal a final order of the Court to the Court of Appeals upon an allegation, made in good faith, that an error was made by the Tribal Court that prejudiced the outcome of the proceedings before that Court or that an error was made by that Court in the interpretation of law.

(2) The party wishing to appeal shall file a notice of appeal with both Courts within 20 days after the decision being appealed is rendered, and serve a copy of the notice of appeal on the prosecution.
