(1) A warrant issued according to these rules must be executed by a police officer within the exterior boundaries of the Cowlitz Indian Reservation or other Tribal lands.

(2) Police officers executing a warrant, or any person serving a summons, shall use due diligence in the execution of arrest warrants or service of summons.

(3) A summons or complaint issued pursuant to these rules must be served, and proof of service must be made, in accordance with CTC 27.08.050.

(4) The officer executing the warrant shall make return of the warrant in accordance with CTC 27.06.070.
