The executing officer shall return the warrant to the Court as soon as practicable and under no circumstances later than the date specified in the warrant. The warrant return shall include the time and date the warrant was executed, an inventory of any property seized, and a signature of the executing officer. If the warrant is not executed within the time specified by the warrant, the officer shall immediately return the warrant to the issuing judge.
