Any of the provisions or portions of the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington listed above which, by their nature, would not apply to the Cowlitz Tribes, Reservation, or Tribal Court, or the incorporation of which would undermine the underlying principles and purposes of this code, or which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or this code are not incorporated herein.
