26.55.110 Use or possession of alcoholic beverages prohibited – Community Center.

The use or possession of alcoholic beverages on the premises of the Cowlitz Tribal Community Center is prohibited. Any Indian person who shall use or possess alcoholic beverages on the premises of the Tribal Community Center shall be guilty of use or possession of alcoholic beverages and/or drugs at Community Center. Violation of this section is a Class C offense.
