Registered sex offenders registered in other jurisdiction(s) shall notify in person the Cowlitz Department of Public Safety at the Department location immediately upon entering the exterior boundaries of the Reservation when attending any event or ceremony or engaging in any other social activity on the Reservation for a period of less than twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to do so may result in civil or criminal penalties.
