26.22.200 Employment information.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Employment. The Cowlitz Department of Public Safety shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offender’s employment, to include any and all places where the sex offender is employed in any means including volunteer and unpaid positions:
(a) The name of the sex offender’s employer;
(b) The address of the sex offender’s employer; and
(c) Similar information related to any transient or day labor employment.
