Any Eligible Voter (hereinafter called the “complainant”) may file a written complaint with the Election Board alleging a violation of any provision of this Code within fifteen (15) Days of the alleged violation. All complaints must be filed by sending a copy of the complaint by certified U.S. Mail return receipt requested, or hand delivered to the Election Board. When a written complaint is filed with the Election Board, the Election Board must provide a copy of the complaint to Tribal Council immediately.
