If two (2) or more individuals receive the same number of votes in a General Election for a position on the Tribal Council and provided that there is not a position available to all Candidates who receive the same number of votes, the election must be determined immediately by a Drawing of Lots between the tied Candidates. The Drawing of Lots shall be conducted by the Election Board. If a tied Candidate is not present, the seated General Council Chair will draw the lot on behalf of that Candidate.
