20.08.080 Certified Results Sealed.

After all of the unspoiled ballots submitted are counted, the Independent Third-party Firm must immediately notify the Election Board and present a sealed envelope with the certified results to the Election Board Chair. The Chair of the Election Board must present the sealed envelope to the General Council Secretary.
(1) For General Elections, the envelope must be opened, and the election results announced at the annual June General Council meeting, and posted on the official Tribal website on the next business day; or
(2) For Special Elections, the General Council Secretary must post the results on the official Tribal website on the next business day. [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
