(1) Preparing and publishing a call for Candidates for the General Election. The notice must include information regarding requirements to become a Candidate, and a timeline reflecting all time-sensitive stages of the Election Process to ensure that the prospective Candidates are aware of all important dates and deadlines;

(2) Overseeing a qualified, Independent Third-party Firm to design, print, distribute, verify, and tabulate the ballots in accordance with this Code and the Tribe’s Constitution and By-Laws; and

(3) Announcing the results of the elections [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
