A blank title was adopted July 15, 2000 by tribal council resolution No. TC 2000-05. Chapter headings 18.01 through 18.06 and 18.99 were adopted on June 21, 2002 by tribal council resolution. Section contents of chapters 18.01 through 18.06 were submitted to tribal council on December 21, 2002 for first reading. On January 4, 2003 the tribal council ratified the contents of chapters 18.01 through 18.06.
