The duties of the fish manager shall include, but are not limited to:

(1) Being respectful to the members and their families and to work in conjunction and cooperation with councils and all other administrators of the tribe.

(2) Maintaining accurate records of the fish program’s activities and expenditures.

(3) Preparing a written summary report of the fish program’s activities and expenditures for review at quarterly tribal council meetings.

(4) Preparing a written annual summary report of the fish program’s activities for distribution to general council.

(5) Preparing a budget forecast for the fish program for the subsequent fiscal year.

(6) Answering all questions, put to them by the tribal council during quarterly meetings, in a timely manner.

(7) Promoting fish restoration throughout Cowlitz territory.

(8) Avoiding waste of the resource of fish, make every effort to provide members with fair, timely access to fresh fish.

(9) Arranging for ceremonial and subsistence fish to be delivered at no cost to members, who have requested fish and are unable to pick up the fish.
