Falsely accusing a tribal member of a prohibited act is prohibited. A tribal member who has, according to the department, falsely accused a tribal member of a violation shall be denied big game tags for a period of two years, and shall pay a fine equal to the administrative costs of investigating the false accusation. Costs are to be determined by the department. Appeals are to be conducted according to 14.05.020.
