The department shall appoint at least one tribal member familiar with these rules as a wildlife rule enforcement agent. The department may also appoint other agents, conservation workers, and support staff including cross-deputizing police officers employed by county sheriffs, other tribes, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife as may be necessary to enforce this rule.
