The department shall share wildlife population estimates and harvest records with tribal, federal, and state wildlife management agencies sharing similar records with the CIT for the sole purpose of objective scientific research. If shared CIT records are used to discredit the CIT, or bring it dishonor, either lawfully or unlawfully, all such sharing of records shall be stopped.
