(1) A non-profit corporation with members shall establish in its articles of incorporation or by-laws a date at which an annual meeting of members shall be held.

(2) No annual meeting need be held unless a written request therefore is delivered to the corporation by any voting member not less than 30 days before the date specified for the meeting.
