(1) Oversee the policies, procedures, and activities of the Economic Development and Operations Department, serve in an advisory capacity to the Economic Development and Operations Department Director, General Council Chair, and Tribal Council.

(2) Regulate and enforce policy set forth under this Title.

(3) Implement regulatory restrictions, amendments, and dispute resolution prescribed by Tribal Council.

(4) Assist in making recommendations within the process of approving, disapproving, or amending applications of proposals for a business opportunity or draft articles of incorporation for Tribal Council consideration.

(5) Disburse per budget the funds allotted to the Economic Development and Operations Committee and Department.

(6) Employ per budget a staff to assist in executing the duties of the Economic Development and Operations Committee.

(7) Promulgate by-laws pursuant to this Title, and formulate recommendations to submit to the Tribal Council for revisions of or amendments to this Chapter.

(8) Provide recommendations for Tribal Council resolution, on the disposition of corporate or business records when requested by non-shareholders of a particular business where the Tribe has a business interest.

(9) Other powers as assigned by the Tribal Council within the context and purpose of this Title.
