The duties of all administrators shall include, but are not limited to

(1) Being respectful to the members and their families and to work in conjunction and cooperation with councils and all other administrators of the tribe.

(2) Maintaining accurate records of their administrative body’s activities and expenditures.

(3) Preparing a written summary report of their administrative body’s activities and expenditures for review at quarterly tribal council meetings.

(4) Preparing a written annual summary report of their administrative body’s activities for distribution to general council.

(5) Preparing a budget forecast for their administrative body for the subsequent fiscal year.

(6) Answering all questions, put to them by the tribal council during quarterly meetings, in a timely manner.
