The powers of all administrators shall include, but are not limited to

(1) Conducting the daily activities of their administrative body.

(2) Disbursing per budget the funds allotted to their administrative body.

(3) Employing per budget a staff to assist them in executing the duties of their administrative body.

(4) Appoint an advisory committee to study, research and report on programs, projects or issues directly related to the administrator’s subject area of concern.

(A) The administrator shall appoint the committee’s chair and must approve all official committee members.

(B) The committee’s size, term, powers, duties, expectations and compensations shall all be clearly stated in the official document that creates the committee.
