01.04.020 Code Revising Petition.
This section is included in your selections.
All code petitions must contain the following items to be considered valid by the code reviser.
(1) A currently elected tribal council member’s signature.
(2) The complete text of the proposed code addition, revision or removal.
(3) A statement explaining the benefits the proposed petition would bring to the tribe.
