These Rules of Civil Procedure (“Rules”) shall govern all civil actions before the Cowlitz Tribal Court. Tribal Court judges may recommend amendments to or additional rules of civil procedure to the Tribal Council, but the Tribal Council in its sole discretion will determine whether to approve such rule(s).
