CEA is hereby established and authorized by the Tribal Council to exercise the governmental and proprietary powers of the Tribe over those economic enterprises assigned to CEA for management and to identify, evaluate, develop, acquire, own, implement, create, manage, and operate new enterprises, initiatives, projects, businesses, and investments for the purposes of Tribal economic development (“enterprises”).
