CEA shall be considered an agency and governmental instrumentality of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe. CEA and each of its divisions, subsidiaries, and enterprises, and all officers and employees thereof, shall be entitled to all the privileges and immunities enjoyed by the Tribe, including but not limited to, immunities from suit in federal, Tribal, and state courts and federal and state taxation, or regulation, except as specifically set out in this title.
