The Tribe will maintain records regarding sensitive tribal and tribal member matters, including tribal customs, religion and traditions, confidential from third party disclosures to the fullest extent permitted at law. If information is requested by IRS or other government agencies or third parties during a compliance review or examination, disclosures shall be limited to the extent necessary and required by law pending an effort to address such requests through consultation.
