27.05.090 Correction or Reduction of Sentence.

The Court may correct an illegal sentence at any time and may correct a sentence imposed in an illegal manner at any time before the sentence has been satisfied under the disposition. Or, if upon appeal it is so ordered, the Court may correct the sentence immediately upon order from the Court of Appeals.
