26.60.182 Additional towing company duties and records.

Each appointed towing company, in addition to fully complying with the standards set by the Cowlitz Department of Public Safety, must:
(1) File its towing and storage rates with the Cowlitz Department of Public Safety;
(2) Maintain all vehicle transaction files for three years.
