26.22.040 Creation of registries.

(1) Sex Offender Registry. There is hereby established a sex offender registry, which the Cowlitz Tribal Department of Public Safety shall maintain and operate pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
(2) Public Sex Offender Registry Website. There is hereby established a public sex offender registry website, which the Cowlitz Tribal Department of Public Safety shall maintain and operate pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
